***          Visitors and members’ guests may use the Club courts on any number of occasions during the year. Visitors or guests fees paid, to a maximum of £15, may be offset against subscriptions should that visitor or guest join the Club within the same playing year.

 

****        Both Full and Part Time Adult membership (categories 1 and 2 above) provide also for the membership of that Adult’s children up to, and including, the age of 16. Such children may use the courts free of charge when the courts are not otherwise occupied. They may not play at Club Sessions.

 

#             Full time members living beyond a radius of 20 miles from the club may pay a reduced ‘country membership’ of ₤100 p.a.

 

##          Adult ‘Winter Membership’ covering the period 1 October to 31 March only is available at ₤75.

 

The Head Coach and the Assistant Coach shall be Adult Members by virtue of their appointment. No annual fee is payable.

 

Members joining after the commencement of the playing year (presently 1 April – see Rule 11) may pay a reduced subscription calculated on a pro-rata basis. This concession shall not apply to former Club Members unless twelve calendar months have elapsed since their former membership expired.

 

Life Members may use the Club on the same basis as Adult Members save that there shall be no annual subscription.

 

Club Sessions shall be determined from time to time by the Committee and posted in the Clubhouse. Sessions are at present Tuesday and Friday evenings from 6.00pm and Sunday mornings from 10.00am. During Club Sessions neither private matches, nor coaching sessions, may be played save with the consent of the Committee.

 

All adult membership categories provide also for membership and use of the facilities of the Chippenham Sports Club.

 

This Schedule shall come into effect on 1 April 2008.
